Meet the Owners

Erin and Kent McCorkle are the owners of the new Kwench Tosa Juice Cafe. They been Wauwatosa residents since 2012, after relocating from Austin, TX when their first son was born. Kent hails from Houston, TX and Erin is originally from the Milwaukee area. They now have three children who attend the local public schools.

Kent is enjoying his full-time role with Kwench Tosa, bringing his background in retail and account management with him. Meanwhile, Erin has been dedicating the last 20 years to her career in nursing, spending most of that time in emergency medicine. She's proud to admit, "I love my job because I love serving the community."

Their commitment to healthy eating and dedication to service make the McCorkles a perfect addition to Kwench Juice Cafe. As a friend recently told them, it makes sense that they are opening a Kwench franchise, since they love having people over and feeding them good food!

The McCorkles acknowledged, "We chose Kwench because we can feel good about providing a healthy option for our community. We love our neighbors and we're excited to share this experience with them!"
